Our Story

Founded by Elias Gonzalez in 2008, Urban Construction & Design Solutions has grown from a one-man operation into one of the South Bay's most trusted general contractors — now run as a true family business, with Elias's sons working alongside him on every project.
We've completed everything from focused kitchen remodels to ground-up custom homes and detached ADUs, but the values have stayed the same. Our team is full-time. Our PMs answer the phone. Our estimates are detailed enough to plan your life around. And our crews leave a job site cleaner than they found it.
