A detailed estimate with labor, materials, allowances, and contingencies broken out by category. No vague lump sums and no surprise change orders once construction starts.
We pull all required permits, order long-lead items like cabinetry and slabs, schedule trades, and stage the project so demo starts only when the path forward is clear.
Controlled demo with dust walls, floor protection, and waste management, followed by any structural changes, framing, and rough mechanical updates. Inspected at each phase, not just at the end.
